OWL Field Trip
Last week Wednesday, grade 4L went to OWL for a fieldtrip. It was really cold there. We learned that owls can turn their head three quarters of the way around. We learned owls have different types of feathers. We learned lots there like how owls fly silent, they are nocturnal they're so so cool. There were hurt birds. Some of them were electricuted, some were hit by planes and cars. Here's a tip: to make owls not get hurt dont throw food out of your cars because mice come then the owl sees it and tries to get it but it gets ran over by a car. We saw an owl that was born in captivity, her name was Sarah, and lots more.
